We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. It is our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policy will be honored.
Failure to cancel prior to 2 hours before the start of the appointment time will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled appointment price. If you don’t show up for your appointment without cancelling, that will result in a 100% charge of your scheduled appointment. Cancelling between 2 and 24 hours beforehand will result in a 25% charge.
For the above, you will be invoiced via email and this amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment. Ideally, we know you will give us closer to 24-48 hours notice when possible. We trust your judgment and consideration.
If you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your stylist/artist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start the service. Be aware that all appointments are booked in a time-sensitive manner; therefore there is chance that your appointment will have to be rescheduled if you are over 15 minutes late. Regardless of the service received, you will be responsible for the full amount of the scheduled appointment. Trials are priced hourly & start at your original appointment time, not at the time you arrive. Out of respect and consideration, please plan accordingly to be on time.
Please notify your stylist before leaving your appointment if you feel your results were not what you were told to expect. Upon leaving the salon after your appointment, you are consenting that you are happy with your results. Any changes you may want after you have left will result in a new appointment at your own expense. We do not refund hair services due to product usage and work time.
Children are only permitted in the salon when having a service. For safety reasons and insurance purposes, no child under the age of 12 may accompany you while you are having your own service. We do not have the facilities to care for children. We love children, and hope you understand that we cannot assure their safety in this professional environment. We also do not want to compromise the relaxation of our guests. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.
